Helping You Make Educated & Informed Decisions

Message From The Founder

I have been a home inspector since 2016 and have an extensive background in residential construction and remodeling. Before I started inspecting, I got certified through InterNACHI…one of the main home inspector certification companies. I have background in the Army and currently serve in the Iowa Air Guard. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, riding my motorcycle, and doing woodworking. My goal when I started Keystone was to provide information to enable buyers to make the best informed decision regarding the most expensive purchase of their lives. I work with a lot of first time homebuyers and I do everything that I can to make sure that all of their questions are answered. I strongly believe in integrity and I try to incorporate that integrity into all aspects of my business.

Our Inspection Expertise

Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make. It’s important to get a home inspection because the inspector should be able to discover and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs, to severe damage or safety and health concerns. Additionally, many mortgage companies require a home inspection on a property before approving the home loan
